Brainsick is my dearest personal project, dating back to 2001. I finished the novel in late 2013 and will later adapt into a graphic novel or novel hybrid. During my first several years on dA, Brainsick comprised the majority of my submitted art. I have brought this gallery out of storage so that friends may enjoy it, and so others can learn of it. Synopsis: Paranoid, an animal experimentation victim, longs to experience life outside the facility he's lived in for eleven years. When his wish is fulfilled, the horrors of the facility return to haunt him - but not in any way he could have expected. I will be cross-posting my work to Art of BRAINSICK on Tumblr. PLEASE NOTE: I no longer post ANYTHING Brainsick related on deviantART! If you would like to learn more about it, please visit its Tumblr or my main art blog, Brain Drain: Art and Sketches by Jillian Lambert (just click on the 'brainsick' tag). Working on uploading Brainsick work again. Stay tuned! Inspirations: The Elephant Man (1980, d.b. David Lynch) M (1931, d.b.
